Product Description

White or nearly white free-flowing crystalline powder. Almost odorless. Melt and decompose at 263~264℃. It is usually stable, easy to agglomerate and slightly stained under high humidity. When the relative humidity is below 60%, it is stable, and above 60%, it forms dihydrate. Coexisting with vitamin C and vitamin K3 is colored. Under alkaline conditions and in the presence of reducing sugar, it is decomposed by heating. It is soluble in water (40g/100ml, 35℃) and its aqueous solution is neutral to slightly acidic. It is heated together with phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and ion-exchange resin to play racemization.
